Trainings and Events

Trainings will provide your school district with educational opportunities that are available through video. The NESC will be hosting trainings that will assist your district in becoming involved with using video in the classroom.

Did you know that expensive video equipment isn't required for a district to participate in videoconferencing? For example, Web cams are an alternative way to get connected. By participating in trainings, educators can learn how to be involved in these opportunities. Other trainings will focus on integrating video in the classroom.

To Participate: If you would like to participate in any video events, please contact Melissa Cox at the NESC at 218-748-7609 or via email at mcox@nesc.k12.mn.us.

Here's an opportunity to connect with other schools in the region regarding a history project. If you are not prepared to try it this year, please consider it for the fall: http://mnhistorymysteryquest.wikispaces.com/Registration
