Carrier Submission Portal
A carrier submission portal where you will be able to;
- Register central office and interconnection locations
- Define circuit paths and capacity requirements between locations
- Upload network diagrams (Visio or AutoCad)
- Upload modified ArcGIS viewer files that reference your specific locations
- Upload additional information.
NOTE: When registering, select the "Carrier" Option and NOT the "Anchor" option to gain access to the correct menu.

NESC is looking for your feedback and input in the area of Service Level Agreements. If you have approved agreements that work for your organization, please submit them to to me via email. Additionally we are seeking the same for Operational and Maintenance Contracts, these can also be submitted via email. We are reviewing as many current carrier contracts as possible so to develop a single standardized contract that will best meet everyones needs.
