Listed below are the various categories of materials available for short-term loan at no cost. Some items are only available to members of a specific network.  Click on the links below for a listing of items in each library.  If you want more information about an item on the list, you can look up the item by visiting the Vendor's Website.  Here's a list of some of the vendors we purchase items from. 

If you would like to check out an item, be sure you have completed and returned a Region 3 Lending Library Agreement.  This form must be completed by anyone using the Region 3 Lending Library. 

Email or fax the Lending Library Check Out form (pdf version / Word version) to Tasha at thonkola@nesc.k12.mn.us or fax (218) 741-1719. 

To return items using the Arrowhead Library System delivery service, attach the Return Form to the item(s) and bring it to any of the following public libraries:
Aurora, Babbitt, Carlton, Chisholm, Cloquet, Coleraine, Cook, Duluth (main library only), Ely,  Eveleth, Gilbert, Grand Marais, Grand Rapids, Hibbing, International Falls, Keewatin, Moose Lake, Two Harbors
** Be sure to securely package the items you are returning.
